No Liability for Contractor Acts or Omissions. Precision Beckley Insulation and its owners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any act, omission, negligence, misrepresentation, breach of contract, property damage, personal injury, or other harm caused by any referred contractor, regardless of whether the claim is based on Precision Beckley Insulation's alleged negligence in the referral, apparent or ostensible agency, vicarious liability, or any other legal theory.
Damages Limitation. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Precision Beckley Insulationand its owners, employees, and agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the matters described above, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total cumulative liability to you for any and all claims arising out of or related to the Site, any contractor referral, or any referred contractor's work shall not exceed one hundred dollars ($100).
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Precision Beckley Insulation and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Site or any violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Shasta County, California.

By visiting our website at www.insulationbeckley.com, requesting a quote, or engaging Precision Beckley Insulation to perform any work, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
Precision Beckley Insulation provides residential and commercial insulation services, including but not limited to spray foam insulation, attic insulation, blown-in insulation, crawl space insulation, vapor barrier installation, air sealing, and insulation removal. Services are performed in Beckley, WV and surrounding communities. We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion.
All estimates are provided in writing and are based on the information available at the time of the site visit. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance. Prices may be adjusted if the scope of work changes after the estimate is issued, if unforeseen conditions are discovered during the job, or if material costs change significantly before work begins.
An estimate is not a binding contract until a written agreement is signed by both parties. We will notify you in writing before performing any work that would increase the estimated cost.
Appointments are scheduled by mutual agreement. We ask that you notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. Repeated cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may result in a scheduling fee.
We will make every effort to arrive within the agreed appointment window. If we are delayed by more than one hour, we will contact you. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances outside our control.
You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the areas where work will be performed. Please clear the work area of personal belongings, furniture, and valuables before we arrive. We are not responsible for damage to items left in the work area. If access is blocked or the site is not prepared as agreed, we may need to reschedule, and a trip fee may apply.
Payment terms will be specified in your written estimate or project agreement. In general, payment is due upon completion of the work unless other arrangements have been agreed to in writing. Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at the time of your estimate.
Invoices not paid within 30 days of the due date may be subject to a late fee. If collection action becomes necessary, you agree to pay all reasonable collection costs and attorney fees.
We stand behind the quality of our work. Specific warranty terms, including duration and coverage, will be provided in your written project agreement. In general, our workmanship warranty covers defects in installation attributable to our work.
Warranties do not cover damage caused by events outside our control, including but not limited to flooding, structural settlement, pest infestation, improper modifications by others after our work is complete, or normal wear and tear over time. Material warranties are governed by the manufacturer and are separate from our workmanship warranty.
