By visiting our website at www.insulationbeckley.com, requesting a quote, or engaging Precision Beckley Insulation to perform any work, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
Precision Beckley Insulation provides residential and commercial insulation services, including but not limited to spray foam insulation, attic insulation, blown-in insulation, crawl space insulation, vapor barrier installation, air sealing, and insulation removal. Services are performed in Beckley, WV and surrounding communities. We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion.
All estimates are provided in writing and are based on the information available at the time of the site visit. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance. Prices may be adjusted if the scope of work changes after the estimate is issued, if unforeseen conditions are discovered during the job, or if material costs change significantly before work begins.
An estimate is not a binding contract until a written agreement is signed by both parties. We will notify you in writing before performing any work that would increase the estimated cost.
Appointments are scheduled by mutual agreement. We ask that you notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. Repeated cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may result in a scheduling fee.
We will make every effort to arrive within the agreed appointment window. If we are delayed by more than one hour, we will contact you. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances outside our control.
You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the areas where work will be performed. Please clear the work area of personal belongings, furniture, and valuables before we arrive. We are not responsible for damage to items left in the work area. If access is blocked or the site is not prepared as agreed, we may need to reschedule, and a trip fee may apply.
Payment terms will be specified in your written estimate or project agreement. In general, payment is due upon completion of the work unless other arrangements have been agreed to in writing. Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at the time of your estimate.
Invoices not paid within 30 days of the due date may be subject to a late fee. If collection action becomes necessary, you agree to pay all reasonable collection costs and attorney fees.
We stand behind the quality of our work. Specific warranty terms, including duration and coverage, will be provided in your written project agreement. In general, our workmanship warranty covers defects in installation attributable to our work.
Warranties do not cover damage caused by events outside our control, including but not limited to flooding, structural settlement, pest infestation, improper modifications by others after our work is complete, or normal wear and tear over time. Material warranties are governed by the manufacturer and are separate from our workmanship warranty.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Precision Beckley Insulation is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from our services or from the use of our website. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a service we perform is limited to the amount you paid us for that specific service. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for bodily injury or property damage caused by our negligence.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of West Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
